With over 6 million followers, Kaitlyn Siragusa, popularly known as Amouranth is the only female in the top 100 Twitch streamers with a rank at number 53.
She was also awarded as the best ASMR streamer during the Streamer Awards 2022. Amouranth is growing increasingly popular on Twitch which is why her advice holds a great place amongst aspiring streamers.
Recently, she appeared on The Nightcap on Fox 26 Houston. Carolina Sanchez, the host of the show queried Amouranth on various topics regarding her earnings, her career, and advice for new streamers. When asked to give advice to someone who would want to start a career in this field, Amouranth replied,
Actually, don’t start on Twitch. I think if you’re gonna get started, you have to have followers from somewhere because Twitch doesn’t really have discovery on its own platform. Tick Tock is a great place. Instagram, Twitter, Youtube; all those things are way easier to get started on than Twitch, and then you can have your followers come watch you on Twitch.“

In the interview, Sanchez also asked Amouranth about her earnings in response to which she explained that the money is equally sourced through advertisement revenue and through subscribers.
Sanchez then said that people want to know how much money she is earning through Twitch to which she shockingly replied, “About a 100K a month off just Twitch.”
Towards the end of the show, Amouranth also revealed that she owns a 7-Eleven Store, “I don’t like run the prices of the Slurpees or anything, I am basically a landlord.”
