Amouranth
American streamer Kaitlyn Siragusa, more famously known by her Twitch name, Amouranth, first started her career as a cosplayer in her high school days. She spent her starting years cosplaying at comic cons and anime conferences. She was also paid to appear in children’s hospital visits as a cosplayer.
Recognizing her skills she was even hired by Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet as a costume designer for their artists. In 2016, her career saw a major shift when she was asked by Twitch to stream on their platform as a content partner and showcase her cosplaying skills.
Amouranth then tried her luck in ASMR streaming. It wasn’t as mainstream back then and only a few streamers did it, so she gained immediate fame. She also did dancing and hot tub streams as well. Hot tub streams in addition to helping her rise to the top, got her banned on Twitch more than a few times as well.
Amouranth’s fame rose even more when she started posting explicit content on the side. According to some figures, Amouranth has earned more than $30 million just from posting explicit content.
As of December 2022, Amouranth has 6.1 million followers on Twitch and 948k subscribers on YouTube. She also had a sizable Instagram account but it has been permanently banned for posting or advertising explicit content. For the latest news on Amouranth and more, stay tuned to eXputer.
