More Assassin’s Creed Jade Details Surface After Initial Leak

The upcoming mobile game in the franchise has had another major leak 2 days after the last one.

Update: The Leaks are no longer available on YouTube!

Assassin’s Creed has become one of the most influential franchises of modern gaming. It has been successfully transporting players back to different eras of human history for years now making culturally significant games.

However, this mega-franchise has been limited to only consoles and PC in terms of playability, but that changed a few months ago.

Ubisoft announced several Assassin’s Creed games in their showcase a few months back and one of them was Jade. Known just by this codename as of now, Assassin’s Creed Jade will be the first mobile game in series history. We have already got our first look at it through leaks a few days ago, but now more details have come out in brand new leaks.

Major Takeaways

  • New leaks from Assassin’s Creed Jade have come out today.
  • Gameplay from the game leaked which revealed some new locations from the mobile game.
  • A song known as Ezio’s Family also leaked.

In Game Loop first reported most of these leaks and brought them to the attention of the masses. The leaks now give us much more info about Assassin’s Creed Jade and how it will look. And, you can also try out a beat according to one of the leaks.

First up, more gameplay from Assassin’s Creed Jade has leaked adding to the one we already saw. We get this leak through a YouTube channel called KiwiHub Tome. The video lasts just 1 minute and 30 seconds but gives us a pretty good look at the upcoming mobile game.

Assassin’s Creed Jade will take place in Ancient China around 215 BCE and it’s apparent in the gameplay. You can see the influences of the era in the clothing of the NPCs and the surroundings too. Hence, Ubisoft has done a good job of translating the era, if the final product looks like this.

The combat also looks amazing for a mobile game and is reminiscent of classic Assassin’s Creed. We see some flagship parkour moves from the franchise, including the jumping-in-hay move. Assassin’s Creed Jade looks like a big-budget AAA title in this gameplay leak and it seems like mobiles aren’t holding it back.

Different locations in the game are also revealed in this gameplay trailer. Among them are Fushi City, RedWoods, Didao Ridge, Gaonu, Gaonu Terrace, State Market, Yangzhou Palace, and Yangzhou City. One of the most famous places in the world, the Great Wall, is also part of Assassin’s Creed Jade according to the video.

All of the locations look fantastic concerning graphics. We see bits and pieces of their insides and the game design looks top-notch in the new Ubisoft RPG. For a game that is only going to be available on IOS and Android, this is a huge deal.

The new mobile game will also feature a nod to the franchise’s most popular character. A beta tester leaked a song from Assassin’s Creed Jade known as the Ezio Family song. It seems like Ubisoft is not likely to stop the Ezio fan service any time soon.

You can hear the leaked song on the ActualSpider-Man YouTube channel. The theme is wonderful and if it’s any sign of the work going into Assassin’s Creed Jade, it’s going to be a wonderful game. Music is a big part of any video game and it seems like Ubisoft is going to make the game’s soundtrack one to remember.

Fans were not very happy initially after the announcement of Assassin’s Creed Jade. Players had wanted a Chinese Assassin’s Creed for a long time but playing it on mobile wasn’t a part of this wish. Hence, fans expressed their discontent about the much-anticipated Assassin’s Creed Jade being mobile only.

But, it seems like Ubisoft is leaving no stone unturned and are going to make it an amazing game. Hopefully, it looks as good as the leaks and we get to play an amazing Assassin’s Creed Jade game.
