Probably the most popular niche in the gaming world is that of shooting games. You obviously know about the most popular ones, like Call of Duty and Battlefield, but the scope is much wider. We get so many first-person shooter titles every year that it is hard to keep track of them all.
From indie releases to AAA titles, dozens of shooting games launch every year. But, even with this much saturation in the genre, players never get tired of new games. One new FPS game which came out just last year on PC platforms was Bright Memory: Infinite.
PLAYISM published this game and it was a success for the company on PC. Even with the great response on PC Bright Memory: Infinite did not come out on consoles. But, three weeks ago a console release for the game became official at the Future Games Show 2022 event.
Now, Bright Memory: Infinite will be coming out on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on July 21. Developer FYQD-Studio announced this release on the new platforms and it’s only 2 weeks away. It will have really high performance on the next-generation consoles, according to PLAYISM.

Bright Memory: Infinite will run at 60 FPS and also has a 120 FPS mode on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. DualSense adaptive trigger features will also be available for the game on the PS5 so the experience will certainly be fun. Nintendo Switch will not have the cloud version of the game as it runs natively on hardware.
Listings for Bright Memory: Infinite are already present on the storefront websites of each console. The PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop only have the Gold Edition of the FPS game available. Meanwhile, the Microsoft Store only has the Infinite Edition of the game available on the platform.
Gold Edition isn’t present on Xbox and the same is the case with Infinite Edition on Switch and PlayStation. We aren’t sure about the differences in these versions but 5 Exclusive free skins will be available on Xbox at launch. So, maybe that is the main thing the Infinitive Edition of Bright Memory: Infinite provides.
With a really exciting story to match with amazing gameplay, the FPS title is a treat for all players. You will use hack-and-slash swordplay, powers, and guns to wade through demons and soldiers in Bright Memory: Infinite. If this isn’t inciting enough, you also have to solve the mystery of a mysterious black hole opening on Chinese New Year with special agent Sheila.
If you like mystical worlds and special powers mixed with old-school FPS gameplay this is the game for you. Developers said that Bright Memory: Infinite running on consoles was “like a miracle” so you should definitely try it out.
