Almost three years after launching on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation, Diablo IV appears set to land on Nintendo Switch 2.
Critically Acclaimed RPG Finally Arrives On Switch
According to Dealabs, the port will arrive as the Age of Hatred Collection, bundling the base game with both major expansions, Vessel of Hatred and Lord of Hatred, on September 15, 2026, priced at $69.99 (€69.99 / £62.99). A physical version is also planned, though only as a Code in a Box release, meaning the box contains a download code rather than a game cartridge.
The report builds on two independent leaks that surfaced earlier this year. In April, an Indonesian ratings board listed the recently released Lord of Hatred DLC with a Nintendo Switch listing attached. A few weeks later, a Taiwanese ratings board separately classified the game for Switch 2 before quickly pulling the listing.
Two unrelated classification boards pointing to the same port within weeks of each other is what pushed Dealabs to dig further, and it says its own sources now confirm the port is real and imminent. Activision Blizzard has not commented publicly on any of it.
A Gamescom Reveal Could Be Coming

Dealabs also reports that preorders are set to open on September 12, 2026, timed to coincide with the opening day of BlizzCon 2026, which runs September 12 to 13. That overlap makes BlizzCon a strong candidate for when Blizzard might reveal the port formally, though Gamescom 2026, running August 26 to 30 in Cologne, is also being floated as a possible venue, given Xbox has already confirmed a dedicated booth there to mark its 25th anniversary.
Nothing here is officially confirmed by Blizzard or Nintendo, so as with any leak, treat the specific date and price as likely rather than locked until an official announcement lands. Still, with two separate ratings board leaks and reported inside sourcing now pointing in the same direction, a Diablo IV Switch 2 announcement looks like a matter of when, not if.
