Get Ready to Fly Helicopters in Microsoft Flight Simulator Next Year

Soar through the skies in style

Microsoft Flight Simulator has over 20 available aircraft to play with, but it appears that helicopters are set to be flyable in the game next year. In a recently uploaded development update, fans and followers can see a carefully constructed roadmap that explains everything new coming to the game throughout the next few months.

Apart from general improvements and tweaks, a slew of other features will be making landfall on Flight Simulator. These include additions to aircraft, missions packs, and sceneries. Check out the development roadmap below.

In addition to the roadmap above, the developer has uploaded a feedback poll that illustrates what the people are currently craving for in Flight Simulator. It seems that helicopters, among other wants, have topped the leaderboards. You can observe the description, “Helicopters Are a Must” in the poll given below. Apparently, demands were high for this vehicle, with people giving 1500 votes to it. The developers couldn’t help but listen to the people, and, therefore, have “planned” this update, as you can see under the “Approach” column.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is going to launch on the Xbox Series X|S on July 27. As if the visuals of this title aren’t already breathtaking, the game is truly going to be a sight to behold while harnessing the power of Microsoft’s next-gen frontrunner.
