New Overwatch Hero ‘D.Mon’ Trailer Set for August 6

D.Mon’s full hero trailer will premiere on August 6, ahead of the Overwatch Season 4 launch on August 11.

Blizzard has officially teased D.Mon as Overwatch’s next hero, finally bringing another member of South Korea’s MEKA Squad into the playable roster.

D.Mon’s Hero Trailer will air on Aug 6 at 9 am PT.

D.Mon Will Join The Overwatch Roster As A Tank

D.Mon is officially coming to Overwatch as the game’s 15th Tank hero. Globally, she marks the 53rd hero added to the entire game roster. She will officially join the roster on August 11th, 2026, with the launch of Overwatch Season 4.

Who Is D.Mon?

D.Mon, whose real name is Yuna Lee, is not an entirely new face within Overwatch lore. She serves alongside D.Va as part of MEKA, the mobile exo-force responsible for defending Busan and South Korea from recurring omnic attacks.

The character previously appeared alongside the wider MEKA Squad in Overwatch’s expanded story material. However, D.Va remained the group’s only playable representative for years. D.Mon joining the roster would give Blizzard considerably more room to explore the team, its pilots, and their relationships.

That is a major development for anyone who has waited to see more of MEKA Squad. Frankly, Blizzard has been sitting on this part of the game’s lore for long enough.
