Story Highlights
- Ubisoft has announced its new Additional Content Sale for users in recent times.
- The promotion is specific for season passes, Deluxe upgrades, and DLCs for Ubisoft games.
- The sale will run until December 14 at 1 p.m. UTC. It’s party over afterward.
Every month, the French industry giant makes sure that a sale event or two encompasses the entire Ubisoft Store and engages players to let their wallets loose a little. This time around, it’s the Additional Content Sale that seemingly discounts DLCs, season passes, Deluxe upgrades, and other pertinent items for first-party Ubisoft titles, such as Assassin’s Creed Unity, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and even Rainbow Six Siege.
The publisher has focused on a wealth of its different IPs for this promotional event, making to sure not to leave out even the likes of Far Cry 6, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, and even Anno 1800, whose expansion packs are present in great numbers. For the latest iteration in the long-running Far Cry franchise, Ubisoft is offering the Game of the Year Upgrade Pass for $24 at present as opposed to its $59.99 MSRP.

Moving ahead, the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion pack for Assassin’s Creed Valhall seems to have found its way to the Additional Content Sale as well, coming off for $16 right now where it should’ve been about $40 in regular terms. The DLC has you taking control as Odin, unleashing your divinity in the wake of it as well. It’s a unique narrative with fairly engaging gameplay—highly worth it on its sale price, that’s for sure.
As for some of the other stuff enjoying ridiculous price cuts at the moment, you’ve got For Honor Year 3 Pass, Steep Winterfest Pack, Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass, Trials Fusion Fault One Zero, and plenty of others to look into. For reference, here is a list of all the prominent DLC items that have been discounted by a margin of 75% and above:
- Anno 2070 – Expansion Deep Ocean
- Assassin’s Creed Odyssey – The Fate of Atlantis DLC 2
- Assassin’s Creed Syndicate – Season Pass
- Ghost Recon Future Soldier – DLC 2 – Raven Strike
- Heroes Of Might And Magic 5 – Hammers Of Fate (DLC)
- Steep – X Game Pass
- Ghost Recon Future Soldier – DLC – Khyber Strike
Outside of the Additional Content Sale, Ubisoft has recently launched Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, marking the entry of the second Avatar game up until now. eXputer reviewed the title and rated it 3/5, highlighting its striking visuals and great movement system while calling out its repetitive combat system and subpar narrative.
