New Final Fantasy 7 mods are causing a buzz in the community as they resolve some of the biggest pet peeves. The prominent modder Cosmos in the scene has uploaded a new video on YouTube that showcases two new mods. The mod called Cosmos Limit Break adds widescreen renders for nearly all the cutscenes included in the game. These renders first use AI to expand the scenes, which are later edited by Cosmos to add more details.

The second mod, dubbed Cosmos Gaia, completely revitalizes and overhauls the camera for world map exploration. The added camera freedom makes the game more immersive and allows for grander gameplay. There are more customization options, such as the ability to change the distance. as shown in the video. Final Fantasy 7 originally came out on January 31, 1997, for the original PlayStation. Its popularity caused the devs to bring it over for PC, mobile, and modern consoles globally, including iOS and Android, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. However, the heart-stirring RPG has yet to arrive on current-gen consoles for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X platforms.
