Diablo 4 Update v1.3.1 is live and aims to adjust health restoration values for monsters with the Vampiric affix. According to the patch notes, the healing rate for enemies with this status has been scaled down across various World Tiers, ensuring a more balanced gameplay environment. The details for each tier’s adjustment are shown in the image below.
This reduction aims to enhance overall player satisfaction. Furthermore, a forthcoming patch is expected to introduce visual cues for projectile attacks from Vampiric-affixed monsters, simplifying the identification of potential sources of healing for players exploring the world of Sanctuary.
Moving on, the Suppressor affix has received a significant overhaul in Diablo 4 Update v1.3.1. The Suppressor Field, previously constantly active, now operates with a 6-second duration and a 50–75% uptime. This field can be terminated if the monster carrying the affix is subject to specific conditions, such as being Stunned, Frozen, Knocked Down, or Dazed.
Furthermore, adjustments have been implemented in dungeon layouts and monster spawns for improved gameplay dynamics. Nightmare Dungeon Sigils now provide more transparency to players by displaying the levels of monsters corresponding to the tier, allowing for a clearer understanding of the challenges that await.
In tandem with these game updates, Diablo 4 Update v1.3.1 implements substantial improvements to the Seneschal’s abilities. Skills like Gyrate, Pummel, & Bushwhack have seen significant damage increases. Moreover, Reconstruct has been amplified at both level 1 and level 10. A multitude of support skills, such as Frigid, Bleeding, Electrocution, Poison, Dusk, & Burning, now deal more damage as well.
Coming to bug fixes, Diablo 4 Update v1.3.1 resolves a fair amount of accessibility problems. Screen Reader issues have been addressed, ensuring accurate readings of available points in the skill tree, paragon menus, and various enchanting scenarios.
