FF7 Rebirth: Seventh Infantry Unit Locations [All Ten]

After entering Junon and meeting the commander, Cloud, and his friends are tasked with assembling the Seventh Infantry unit and leading the upcoming parade. To assemble, I had to scour every nook and cranny of Junon to find all 10 Seventh Infantry Units in FF7 Rebirth.

Infantry Unit # 1 – Junon Main Street

1. Laboard Junon: Once you are assigned the instructions by the Commander and have entered Larboard Junon, follow the right footpath.
2. Rufus Carboard: After some distance, you’ll see a couple of soldiers taking pictures with Rufus‘ cardboard statue. Help them with the group photo.
3. Take the Photo: After taking the photo, interact with soldiers to hire your first Seventh Infantry unit.

Infantry Unit # 2 – Junon Main Street Stairs

1. Staircase: Right where you hired the first unit, move directly in the opposite direction. Climb the staircase.
2. Drill Unit: You’ll see a drill unit sightseeing the massive Junon turret.  Interact with them to hire the second drill unit.
3. Barret: I also found Barret near the staircase, who was trying to make himself comfortable in the new uniform.

Infantry Unit # 3 – La Souirie

1. Junon Shopping Plaza: Now, enter the Junon Shopping Plaza for the rest of the recruits.
2. Entrance: Junon Shopping Plaza can be entered via any door on the right side of Main Street.
3. Third Recruit: For the third recruit, go to the northeastern portion of the Plaza.
4. Junon Theatre: There you will find The Junon Theatre. Climb the staircase nearby.
5. La Sourire: This will take you to Junon’s Bar named“La Sourire.” Once inside, interact with soldiers to hire your fourth Seventh Infantry unit in FF7 Rebirth.

   

6. Elena: I also found Elena there, who was getting drunk over her previous defeat.

Infantry Unit # 4 – The Glabrescent Bar

1. Main Floor: Go back to the Main Floor and travel south of Junon Plaza.
2. Rude: There, you will find Rude talking with another man near The Glabrescent Bar. Follow him into the basement to trigger a brief cutscene. 
3. Fourth Unit: Once the cutscene is over, hire the fourth drill unit. Luckily for me, Rude didn’t recognize my party in our Shirna Troop attire.

Infantry Unit # 5 – The Full Arsenal

1. The Full Arsenal: Directly opposite The Gabrescent Bar, you will find The Full Arsenal in FF7 Rebirth. Head inside and take the staircase near the giant turret cannon.
2. Armory & Weapons: Interact with the soldiers standing near the armory and weapons.
3. Back To Plaza: The exit will take you outside, so take the stairs and return to Junon Plaza.

Infantry Unit # 6 – Cecilia’s of Junon

1. Cecilia’s of Junon: Just beside (right) The Full Arsenal, you can find the Item Materia shop named “Cecilia’s of Junon.” Enter the shop and face rightwards.
2. Rocks: There, you will find a group of soldiers standing near decorative rocks. Interact with the group and add them to your Seventh Infantry unit in FF7 Rebirth.

Infantry Unit # 7 – Shopping Center

1. Folios: I found the next Infantry Unit in the Shopping Center named “Folios,” located to the right of the Item Materia Shop.
2. Shopping Center 3F: Head towards the counter and take the stairs on the right. This will take you to Shopping Center 3F.

   

3. Fancy Purses: Interact with the soldiers standing near the Fancy purses to hire your 7th unit.
4. Red XIII: I also found Red XIII standing outside the Shopping Center, entertaining the local children.

Infantry Unit # 8 – Barracks Assembly Room

1. The Barracks: Now head outside and enter The Barracks, located on the right of the previous shop.
2. Lion Statue: Take the stairs near the Lion Statue to get to The Barracks Assembly Room in FF7 Rebirth.
3. Interviewing Soldiers: There, you will see a news anchor interviewing the Shinra soldiers. Interact with her to trigger a cutscene. Once the cutscene ends, hire the drill unit.

   

Infantry Unit # 9 – Barracks Briefing Room

1. Barracks Briefing Room: Use the same staircase to head towards the third floor of the Barracks named “Barracks Briefing Room.” Approach the soldier who is briefing the rest of the soldiers.
2. Hire the Unit: Interact and hire.

Infantry Unit # 10 – The Laboard Garrison Storeroom

1. The Larboard Garrison: For your last unit, head back to the northeast section of the Junon Plaza. Directly opposite “The Junon Theatre,” there is another room called “The Larboard Garrison.”
2. Storeroom: Enter the Garrison and take the narrow path on the right. Take the stairs towards the Storeroom and hire your last Seventh Infantry Unit.

   

3. Location of Chadley: also took the stairs to the Sleeping Bar and found Chadley there, along with other crafting items.

This concludes my guide on the location of all Seventh Infantry Units in FF7 Rebirth. Initially, locating the units was easy for me, but the units located in the Barracks Briefing Room and Laborad Garrison Storeroom were particularly hard because of their obscure locations.
