Save File bonuses and other DLC Items can go a long way toward giving you a relatively good headstart to the sequel of a game or a temporary benefit. The FF7 Rebirth Kupo Charm and Survival Set fulfill the same role as you can acquire these in-game, and I have prepared a short guide on how to access them if you’re just starting your playthrough of the game.
- Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth offers a variety of DLC bonuses for Save Data on its titles, including the Kupo Charm and Survival Set.
- You can obtain both items by owning Save Data of the FF7 Rebirth demo, available from the PSN store.
- The Survival Set contains Potions, Ethers, and other useful items such as the newly introduced Cushions.
- The Kupo Charm provides a small bonus, great for beginners as it increases the amount of materials collected and boosts HP by 5%.
What Is The Kupo Charm And Survival Set
The Kupo Charm and Survival Set are some of the in-game bonuses that are rewarded to you for having a Save File of the FF7 Rebirth Demo.
- How To Access The Demo: You can download the Demo from the Playstation Store on your account, as shown in the image above.
- Size Warning: The demo itself is over 100+ Gigabytes, so make sure to have space if you haven’t bought the full game yet.
- Survival Set Contents: While I didn’t get a chance to see the exact amount of items offered to you, they comprise simple potions, Ethers, and Cushions to use at Chocobo Bench Stops.
- How To Claim Bonuses: Once you boot up the game, access the Bonuses section to cross-check what you can claim, after which, once you’re in-game, simply redeem them by selecting them from the Pause menu > System > DLC / Bonuses section.
Kupo Charm Effects
The Kupo Charm accessory occasionally increases the amount of materials collected and increases max HP by 5%. From my experience using it, I mostly had this charm equipped on either Barret or Aerith in the active party. The material bonus is nice, as you’ll be collecting a ton of them while in the Grasslands area, and the slight HP increase helps characters like Aerith early on due to her low vitality and squishiness.
