As you explore the map while doing your missions and spreading democracy in Helldivers 2, you are bound to come across some side or secondary objectives and points of interest. Completing them can net you some extra XP, but you are never told how many side objectives are there in the mission.

How To Find Secondary Objectives
One tactic I normally use is to just stand on a high area or a rock and scout the area for any man-made structure by moving my camera around.
However, the best way to reveal all the side objectives on the map is by activating the radar tower. Locating the radar tower and aligning it should be your first priority whenever you start a mission, as it can save you a ton of time in finding all the secondary objectives and points of interest.
How To Complete Secondary Objectives
It usually consists of very straightforward steps like interacting with a terminal and waiting a while until the data you were working on has been uploaded to the Super Earth mainframe. Nothing too complicated.
