1. Killing Enemies

Farming monsters in the early game, especially the ones that have a purple health bar, will help you farm a lot of experience points. These monsters include Ogres that you can face near the Forgotten Settlements, as well as the Trolls found near lakes.
Besides that, Chimeras, Cyclops, and Rock Lizards can help you earn thousands of XP points. I recommend venturing through hidden areas around Vernworth and Melve to find these monsters.

- Camping In Bakbattahl: the secret entrance to Bakbattahl serves as a great camping site where you can rest and kill bosses to gain XP. When you rest again, the bosses will respawn, and you can kill them as much as you want.
- Camping In Battahl: Battahl is also filled with some of the best XP farming spots in Dragons Dogma 2. There is one near the secret entrance, but make sure you are at least level 20 before camping in this area.
My Experience When Farming XP
I found the fastest way to earn XP was by killing enemies like Ogres and Griffins. Just by killing Griffins alone, I could level up quickly in the early stages of the game. Thus, if you’re in the mood to speed up your progression, these are the enemy types I recommend searching for.
