Dragon’s Dogma 2: How To Get Art Of Metamorphosis [Location Guide]

Change your character's appearance in Dragon's Dogma 2 by using the Art of Metamorphosis.

The Art of Metamorphosis is a book-type item that players can use to change their character’s appearance from scratch. However, players should remember that only 99 Art of Metamorphosis can be purchased in one playthrough. I won’t ask you to use it thoroughly, as I think the figure of 99 is more than enough for an item like Art of Metamorphosis.

Key Takeaways
  • In the later stages of DD2, players can change their character’s appearance only if they have the Art of Metamorphosis.
  • It is a special item that players can buy from various vendors of the Pawn Guild in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
  • Players are allowed to purchase only 99 Art of Metamorphosis in one playthrough.
  • In order to use the Art of Metamorphosis, players should visit the Barberies located in various cities.

For me, finding the Art of Metamorphosis was an easy task and barely time-consuming; however, it requires a good amount of Rift Crystals. You will be able to find it in cities where the Pawn Guild Vendors are available, and you can buy the Art of Metamorphosis for 500 RC. You will come across the Pawn Guild Vendors, most likely in the larger cities like Vernworth and Battahl.

In order to get your hands on the Art of Metamorphosis in Vernworth, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to Vernworth Pawn Guild: The first thing you have to do is visit the Pawn Guild located at the center of Vernworth.

  2. Talk to Neomith: As you enter the Pawn Guild, on the left, you will see a goods trader known as Neomith. Interact with Neomith and by the Art of Metamorphosis for 500 RC.

Now that you have found the Art of Metamorphosis, you can use it in various Barberies in different cities to change the appearance of your character and the main pawn. All you have to do is visit a Barberie and ask for a change of appearance.

While you are in Vernworth, you can visit Clovis’s Barberie, located close to the Ox cart area, and change the appearance of your character.

With all of the information provided above, my guide on the How To Get Dragon’s Dogma 2 Art of Metamorphosis comes to an end. In this guide, I have mentioned different locations where players can find the Art of Metamorphosis and use it to change the appearance of the Arisen and their main pawn.
