Honkai Star Rail: All Treasure Chest Locations

You will be able to obtain treasure chests in all three major locations in Honkai Star Rail, including Xianzhou Luofu, Herta Space Station, and Jarilo VI. These treasure chests are divided into basic treasure chests, bountiful treasure chests, and precious treasure chests. Each of these major locations is further divided into zones or sub-areas. Fortunately, you will be able to find a lot of treasure chests in each of these sub-areas. 

Here’s a quick look at the Chests you can find in each area of Honkai Star Rail:

Herta Space Station Chests 

In Herta Space Station, you will be able to find all chest locations in three sub-areas, namely Supply Zone, Storage Zone, and Base Zone. 

However, before going to the Herta base station, make sure to complete the trailblaze mission first. Keep in mind that all the treasure chests mentioned below are open-world only. 

Supply Zone 

I was able to find a total of 9 treasure chests in the supply zone area of Herta space station.

1. First chest at Railway Platform Space Anchor, west side.
2. Second chest behind a counter in the northern part.
3. Third chest at Spare Parts Warehouse Space Anchor, south from the corridor.
4. Fourth chest by turning right from the waypoint.
5. Fifth chest after defeating a Warp Trotter.
6. Sixth chest at the electrical room, moving south.
7. Seventh chest by heading straight from the waypoint, entering a room and turning right.
8. Eighth chest at Spare Parts Warehouse Waypoint, going west.
9. Ninth chest at Calyx: Bud Of Preservation, crossing a bridge on the left.

   

Base Zone 

In the base zone, I was able to find 10 treasure chests.

1. First chest at the monitoring room, on the left.
2. Second chest south, through the nearest door.
3. Third chest by turning left from the stairs.
4. Fourth chest on the opposite side of the room.
5. Fifth chest after ascending stairs, near some plants.
6. Sixth chest at the reception center Space Anchor or Calyx: Bud Of Destruction, at the end of a corridor.
7. Seventh chest by entering the door right in front and defeating the Warp Trotter.
8. Eighth chest at the end of the hallway, in front of a monitor screen and control panel.
9. Ninth chest at the monitoring room, after defeating enemies.
10. Tenth chest at the southern side, entering the first door on the left, and defeating enemies.

    

Storage Zone 

This sub-area has 16 treasure chests.

1. First chest on the first floor, outside the Control Center, after completing a challenge.
2. Second chest by turning left and entering an area after completing a puzzle.
3. Third chest on the second floor, Special Purpose Lab Space Anchor, after completing an unearthly marvel puzzle.
4. Fourth chest by returning to the waypoint and completing a Formidable Foe challenge.
5. Fifth chest by turning around from the Special Purpose Lab Anchor and completing another puzzle.
6. Sixth chest outside Control Center Space Anchor, making a sharp right, and entering a room.
7. Seventh chest at the Special Purpose Lab Anchor, ahead.
8. Eighth chest by returning to the waypoint, accessing the door, and making a sharp left.
9. Ninth chest by heading north from the same point and reaching the end of the corridor.
10. Tenth chest on the first floor, outside the Control Center, by defeating a Warp Trotter.
11. Eleventh chest after defeating the Warp Trotter, heading south.
12. Twelfth chest outside this area, making a sharp right, near some stairs.
13. Thirteenth chest on the first floor, turning around to see a controller.
14. Fourteenth chest at the courtyard waypoint, moving forward.
15. Fifteenth chest by returning to the waypoint and heading east.
16. Sixteenth chest at Storage Zone by going forward.

Xianzhou Luofu 

On this planet, you will be able to obtain a lot of chests in each sub-area. Make sure to complete the Trailblaze Mission first and unlock the exalting sanctum sub-area before hunting for all of these treasure chests. 

Central Starskiff Haven

1. Find chests near Starskiff Jetty and by going south, west, and east from the waypoint.
2. Teleport to Starskiff Jetty Space Anchor and look for chests near staircases.
3. Complete various tasks to access these chests.

Cloudford Treasure Chests 

The next sub-area on this planet is Cloudford, and it has 25 chests.

1. Teleport to Cloudford Cargo Lane Space Anchor and head southwest for chests.
2. Head south from the waypoint and go downstairs for more chests.
3. Complete puzzles, Formidable Foe challenges, and follow mechanical birds for these chests.

   

Stargazer Navalia 

The next sub-area on this planet is the Stargazer Navalia, and it has a total of 24 treasure chests.

1. Teleport to Astral Cottage Space Anchor and head southwest for the first chest.
2. Defeat enemies, complete puzzles, and Formidable Foe challenges for other chests.
3. Teleport to The Ship Nursery and explore the area for various chests.

Jarilo VI Treasure Chest 

Before completing and collecting the treasure chests in this area, complete the Trailblaze mission and unlock all the sub-areas. There are six sub-areas here that you will be required to explore to collect all treasure chests. 

Administrative District 

In this district, you will be able to find 10 chests.

1. First chest near Goethe Hotel Space Anchor.
2. Second chest in a small restaurant southwest of the waypoint.
3. Third chest at the top of a nearby staircase.
4. Fourth chest near Central Plaza Space Anchor, southwest near a bench.
5. Fifth chest south near a gate with a blue car and garbage can.
6. Sixth chest near Golden Theatre Space Anchor, east near theatrical posters.
7. Seventh chest near a phone booth near the waypoint.
8. Eighth chest at Golden Theatre Space Anchor after climbing a staircase.
9. Ninth chest at the same waypoint, forward, and right near a staircase.
10. Tenth chest at the waypoint, left, near some boxes.

    

Outlying Snow Plains 

This sub-area has four Treasure chests only.

1. First chest at Bud of the Hunt, west, defeat Warp Trotter.
2. Second chest at the waypoint, turn around, and find it at the end of the path.
3. Third chest north at a cottage with a statue.
4. Fourth chest south after defeating a Formidable Foe.

Backwater Pass 

This area has 12 treasure chests for you to obtain.

1. First chest near Goethe Mansion Space Anchor, right, on a staircase.
2. Second chest by going forward, down near a Lamp Post, left to find it.
3. Third chest at Leisure Plaza Space Anchor, left near a cafe.
4. Fourth chest forward, near a Warp Trotter.
5. Fifth chest south near a metal gate.
6. Sixth chest near a trash can forward from the waypoint.
7. Seventh chest at Outpost Space Anchor, forward near some boxes.
8. Eighth chest at Calyx Bud Of Aether, forward after a puzzle.
9. Ninth chest at the same Outpost Space Anchor, west, after another puzzle.
10. Tenth chest at Transport Hub Space Anchor, southeast, after fixing a robot.
11. Eleventh chest at the same cafe, forward after a Formidable Foe challenge.
12. Twelfth chest at Calyx Bud Of Alliance, west, after completing a puzzle.

    

Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone 

In this sub-area, you will be able to obtain 12 treasure chests.

1. First chest at Energy Hub Space Anchor, forward to Dunn and his squad.
2. Second chest by moving north, turning right, and finding it after encountering guards.
3. Third chest by moving southwest, near a metal gate.
4. Fourth chest after defeating a Warp Trotter, moving southwest.
5. Fifth chest by going left near the end of a path.
6. Sixth chest at Outpost Space Anchor, forward under the camp.
7. Seventh chest at the same Outpost Space Anchor, near a phone booth.
8. Eighth chest at Fortified Zone, north, near a generator.
9. Ninth chest at Ancient Battlefield Frontline Space Anchor, southwest, after Formidable Foe challenge.
10. Tenth chest at the same waypoint, northwest, after another Formidable Foe challenge.
11. Eleventh chest at Energy Hub Space Anchor, south, after Formidable Foe challenge.
12. Twelfth chest at Outpost Space Anchor, south, after another Formidable Foe challenge.

    

Corridor Of The Fading Echoes 

This area has 15 treasure chests.

1. First chest at Ancient Battlefield Frontline Space Anchor, south.
2. Second chest after crossing a gate.
3. Third chest after defeating a Warp Trotter, near the end of a path.
4. Fourth chest in a small alleyway with a statue.
5. Fifth chest at Command Center Space Anchor, under the camp by going south.
6. Sixth chest at the same Command Center Space Anchor, at the end of the path.
7. Seventh chest near an energy generator.
8. Eighth chest near a small alleyway with a gate.
9. Ninth chest at the Contaminated Plaza Space Anchor, near a camp.
10. Tenth chest at the same Contaminated Plaza Space Anchor, north.
11. Eleventh chest at Energy Hub Space Anchor, forward, after a puzzle.
12. Twelfth chest at the same Energy Hub Space Anchor, forward to a Formidable Foe challenge.
13. Thirteenth chest at the Frontline Space Anchor, southwest.
14. Fourteenth chest at the same Frontline Space Anchor, after a Formidable Foe challenge.
15. Fifteenth chest at Deck Of Creation Space Anchor, southwest near a staircase.

    

Everwinter Hill 

The last location in all chest locations guide is the ever winter hill, and you will only be able to obtain 5 treasure chests in this area.

• For the first one, you will have to teleport to the Deck Of Creation Space Anchor and keep moving toward the southwestern direction of the map until you come across a staircase. The chest will be right beside it. 
• From here, you will have to go in the southern direction and go to the end of the road to get the treasure chest. 
• You will be able to find one by going to the Space Anchor again and continuing towards the northern side.

  

• Now you will be able to obtain the next one in the western direction after you face a Warp Trotter. 
• For the last one, you will have to teleport to the Deck Of Creation Space Anchor and keep moving toward the northeastern side of the map until you reach a Formidable Foe.
