Once you have spent weeks like me (Steam ID: Future_Bird) experiencing everything Resident Evil 4 Remake has to offer, you realize that the best accessories can not be bought but earned. My favorite accessory is, without a doubt, the cat ears, and for good reason, as it enables unlimited ammo for all weapons. 

But the cat ears require you to go through a journey of pure suffering as you are required to complete Resident Evil 4 Remake in the professional difficulty with an S+ Rank. Yes, that means you are required to do a New Game playthrough and finish the game in less than 5 hours and 30 min while only saving 15 times maximum. But aside from that, you can purchase some cool accessories as well with your CP that may aid you in your future playthroughs, such as the Gas Mask, which unlocks aim assist in any difficulty.
