In Brawlhalla, legends play out unique from each other. This element of distinctiveness is driven by a combination of weapon variety, variation in legend’s characteristics, a.k.a stats, and the overall playstyle they offer. It is the reason why certain legends in the game perform significantly better than a few ones.
In a game like this, where the entire gameplay is based around these legends, it is a must that changes and balances need to be pushed out frequently and efficiently, and it seems this patch excels in all of that and much, much more.

In the recent 6.10 patch, we received new background options, weapon and legend balances, skins, and much more. The highlighted skin for this patch is known as the ‘Forsaken Magyar,’ which showcases some great art and dialogues.
The Brawl of the week this time around is Brawl Foot.”High-five your partner and get ready to compete in Rayman style! In Kung Foot, anything goes as you kick, bash, and slash the ball through the opposing team’s goal in this epic 2v2 Brawlhalla sport. The first team to score 5 goals wins!”.
Another great addition is the new Background Options that are available in the Settings menu. These come in three diverse options, which cater to every specific player’s needs. The background can finally be blurred according to players’ needs.
There is also a new Color Exclusion addition which allows every legend to receive a different color scheme in order not to get mixed up mid-game. Aside from these, some UI and general game improvements were also added.
Next up are the balance changes, and there are a lot of them. For starters, this is going to be Ezio’s first balance patch since his release; with this release, he is now allowed for competitive play. This will also be the last balance pass before the Brawlhalla World Championship 2022.
The Blasters, Gauntlets, Greatsword, Hammer, Katars, and Scythe have all been patched. They mostly received buffs, but the Gauntlets were nerfed. The spawn of these items and starting locations have also been changed to some extent.
The Legends which are being balanced are Asuri with a small but vital buff, Cassidy with a small nerf to recovery, Cross with a few damage reworks, Dusk with a minor nerf, Ezio with a whole bunch of nerfs and buffs, Isaiah with a speed buff, Lin Fei with a minor buff.
The patch is officially out, and with the tournament getting closer with every passing day, pros will need to brush on these new patches to get the smallest edge against their opponents. What do you think about the patch? Let us know in the comments below.
