Players can now claim Capcom Arcade Stadium: STREET FIGHTER II - The World Warrior for free across all platforms for a limited time only.

Capcom Arcade Stadium: STREET FIGHTER II – The World Warrior is now available for free across all platforms. When it comes to classic old-school games, the STREET FIGHTER franchise developed by Capcom has been a major hit. It would be hard to believe if someone has not heard of, or played STREET FIGHTER.

STREET FIGHTER is a PvP fighting game where players can choose from the infamous likes of Ryu, Ken, Dhalsim, and Chun-Li and fight. Back in 2021, Capcom introduced Capcom Arcade Stadium; it was a pack of 32 of the most classic games from Capcom.

It had many features that an old-school console would have, like saving and loading games from where you left off, setting up game difficulty, game speeds, and rewinding. Normally, games on Capcom Arcade Stadium have to be individually purchased but, STREET FIGHTER II – The World Warrior is now available for free as an expansion of Capcom Arcade Stadium on all major storefronts, such as Steam, My Nintendo Store, PlayStation Store, and Microsoft Store.

The promotion is live for a limited time, so head out and claim yours now. With the latest installment of STREET FIGHTER VI on the way, Capcom is keeping all hands on deck for spreading the word. Its predecessor, STREET FIGHTER V, was a great success and has continued to be a part of e-Sports for the past few years now.

Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium is seemingly releasing on PC now, as suggested by a rating for the game in Korea made in April. Capcom Arcade Stadium was a massive success for Nintendo, so it seems like the company is capitalising on the game through free expansions and, more recently, the sequel reportedly releasing on PC soon.
