Gameloft’s Disney Dreamlight Valley Reaches 1 Million Active Players

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a live-service role-playing life-sim developed by a France-based studio, Gameloft. The game was released on 6th September for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Mac OS, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. This is an early access release. The full release of the game is expected in 2023.

Disney Dreamlight Valley features many adored and wholesome Disney characters. It is set in a world where the player has to rebuild a village destroyed during the mysterious event, the Forgetting, during which everyone  “forgot” the joys of imagination.

The player has to interact with renowned Disney characters and befriend them. To achieve that, various quests requested by the characters must first be completed.

In addition to that, Disney Dreamlight Valley has many elements of classic RPGs. The player can conjure up spells, level up, unlock various new items and upgrade their weapons. Also, there’s an inventory where items can be stored.

The game features many side quests. And if you are hungry you can even make sushi. Although it’s for a different purpose in the game.

Furthermore, the game is quite immersive and engaging. The prospect of interacting with your favourite Disney characters is sure to keep you hooked on the game. And the dopamine rush, after you befriend them, is enough to make you addicted.
