Gamescom Opening Night Live is just days away, and the confirmed lineup is already stacking up fast.
Confirmed Games For Gamescom ONL 2026

Host Geoff Keighley confirmed the first wave of games set to appear during Tuesday’s showcase:
- The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past
- Final Fantasy VII Revelation
- Gears of War: E-Day
- Ananta
- Tides of Annihilation
- Metro 2039
- Game of Thrones: War for Westeros
- Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons
The Witcher 3 expansion is generating the most attention of the group, marking the RPG’s first major DLC in a decade and its first proper gameplay showing since being announced in May.
Beyond Keighley’s initial eight, several other developers and publishers have separately confirmed their own presence at ONL this year:
- Silent Hill: Townfall
- EXODUS
- ONTOS
- Showa American Story
- Valor Mortis
- Pony Island 2
- Path of Exile 2
- Monster Hunter Outlanders
- Cinder City
- AION2
- Alien Isolation 2, which will have its prologue playable on the show floor alongside whatever appears during the stream itself
That brings the confirmed count to well over a dozen games before the show has even started, though Keighley’s own list remains the only one directly confirmed by the event’s host specifically for the ONL broadcast itself, as opposed to appearing at Gamescom more broadly.
What’s Still Just A Rumor
Nothing here should be mistaken for confirmed appearances. Persistent speculation points to:
- A possible Fable update despite its 2027 delay
- A mysterious Xbox franchise revival from a third-party studio
- Hogwarts Legacy 2’s first real reveal
- Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis getting more screen time ahead of its own February window
None of these have been confirmed by Keighley, the publishers involved, or any official Gamescom channel, so treat them as reasonable guesses rather than locked appearances.
When To Watch

Gamescom Opening Night Live airs August 25, starting at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET, streamed through Gamescom and The Game Awards’ official YouTube and Twitch channels. The show typically runs close to two hours and has a long history of holding back surprise reveals that never made any pre-show list, so the confirmed lineup above is very likely a floor rather than a ceiling for what actually airs.
