MultiVersus Gameplay Footage Has Been Leaked Online

Gameplay footage of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's upcoming free-to-play crossover fighting game has recently emerged online.

MultiVersus is the upcoming free-to-play crossover fighting game developed by Player First Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. After many rumours about the game being in development by the company, it was finally revealed in November 2021. However, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment hasn’t unveiled many details about the game since then. Nonetheless, many leaks regarding the game have inevitably emerged online.

Earlier today, we came across a new leak regarding MultiVersus and this time, its entire in-game footage of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment’s upcoming free-to-play crossover fighting game in action. In a nearly 5-minute video showcasing the gameplay from the game, we can see many of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment’s cherished characters, such as Jake the Dog from Adventure Time and even Velma Dinkley from the Scooby-Doo franchise.

Of course, this isn’t the first time that a leak from MultiVersus has emerged online. Over the duration of a few months, recent data mines and leaks have revealed a promising array of characters that would eventually be featured in the game. It seems like Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is trying to draw from all corners of its extensive assortment of noteworthy franchises that the audience has come to adore over the years. Looney Tunes, Steven Universe, DC Comics and Game of Thrones, among many others, are just some of the franchises that have been confirmed to be featured in the game, with others, such as Lord of the Rings, rumoured to arrive alongside the game.

While the release date for MultiVersus still remains a mystery, it is scheduled to release sometime later this year and will be available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. According to the official announcement, the game is “a dream project” for Player First Games, so it’s obvious that both Player First Games and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have high expectations from MultiVersus.
