MultiVersus Voice Lines Allegedly Leaked, Suggesting Various Characters

Several voice lines from Warner Brothers' hotly anticipated upcoming brawler have allegedly been leaked, which suggest many characters while referencing others.

Ever since its announcement, fans and nostalgiac TV watchers have all been very excited for MultiVersus. MultiVersus is a crossover brawler in the style of Smash Bros. but features many characters from WB’s vast roster of IPs. These include characters from Game of Thrones, DC Comics and classic WB cartoons, such as those from Looney Tunes and Scooby-Doo series, to name just a few.

We’ve all wondered about such a game in our wildest fantasies; a game in which we get to fight using different characters from all sorts of movies and TV shows that we grew up watching, but never questioned why such a game did not exist. We don’t have to keep it in our fantasies now, as the game is set to release this year and will be a free-to-play title with a multiplayer feature.

Seeing as how this game would have everybody excited to see just what characters it would include, it’s a no-brainer that it would be subject to leaks and data mines, and there have been quite a few, in fact, including one in which several design documents were leaked on ResetEra, and those even before the game was announced.

Apparently, there has been another leak. An almost 2-hour audio recording of several voice lines from supposedly confirmed characters from the game was recently found on Vocaroo, an online voice recording service. Take this with a grain of salt, though. However, if these are indeed voice lines from MultiVersus, then they confirm various characters outright, while indirectly referencing others. ResetEra forum member RockmanBN neatly summarised all the lines and their characters in a handy chart.

If you pay attention, some characters, with their iconic intonations, are dead giveaways, such as Batman, Bugs Bunny, Shaggy, Jake, among others. Some characters have only a few lines, while others are indirectly mentioned by many characters.
