Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been one of this year’s most contentious yet awaited entries. However, the beginning of its early access was far from successful. The title was soon taken down for maintenance only an hour after it went live because many users found the story to be 100% completed upon opening it. As spotted by VGC, the devs have rewarded the affected players graciously with $20 of in-game currency after downtime.

Thank you for being one of our first console players during early access of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. We recognize that you’ve been patient with us during our initial launch server updates and we’d like to show our appreciation for your patience with a special gift of 2000 LuthorCoins. Thank you again!” reads the in-game message.

The project was soon fixed after the scheduled maintenance was completed. The story issue was resolved, and a slew of early-access players also stumbled upon the generous amount of 2000 LuthorCoins after logging into the entry. These can be bought by paying $20 on the PlayStation store. The usual in-game skins usually cost around 1000 coins, while the Legendary ones can hog up to 2000 LuthorCoins.
