Larian Studios has announced that it will continue to work towards fixing issues and bugs reported after patch 6. The studio has also clarified that some mods may become unable to work as mods aren’t officially supported at the moment.
Hotfix #18 is now live!
This small hotfix resolves a couple of issues with trading & bartering, so you can now safely carry on with your shopping sprees.

According to the patch notes, hotfix #18 doesn’t bring a lot of changes to Baldur’s Gate 3. The number of changes listed in the patch notes is drastically lower than most of the other small patches Larian Studio has dropped in the past. One issue that caused the amount of gold a vendor had to appear as 0 has been fixed. The hotfix has also resolved an issue that caused the game to crash when entering into bartering with a vendor.
Baldur’s Gate 3 received patch #6 last week, adding and fixing several romantic animations. However, alongside fixing tons of bugs and crashes, patch 6 also introduced several new issues that weren’t present in the game before. The new patch might’ve also made some mods unable to work, which is why Larian Studios has urged the players to uninstall the mods if they encounter any issues.
