Game Of The Year, Baldur’s Gate 3 Is Now Available On Xbox Series X|S

Larian Studios has announced that Baldur’s Gate 3, the Game of the Year winner, is now available on Xbox Series X|S. Baldur’s Gate 3 bagged a total of 6 awards, including the Game of the Year award at this year’s The Game Awards. The announcement of the Xbox Series port of the game was also made during the event.

Previously, while Baldur’s Gate was available to play on PlayStation 5, PC, and MAC, the Xbox Series version of the game was slated to launch before the end of the year. Note that last month, we exclusively covered that Larian Studios was aiming for a December 6/7 release date for the Xbox Series version of the DnD-inspired RPG and GotY winner.

Considering the fact that Baldur’s Gate 3: Deluxe Edition launched a while ago but included physical discs for the Xbox Series version of the game, it was safe to assume that the game will be launching soon on the home console. Additionally, aside from winning the Game of the Year award, Baldur’s Gate 3 also won Best RPG, Players’ Choice, Best Multiplayer, Best Performance, and Best Community Support awards.

Baldur’s Gate 3 launched on August 3, 2023, and is now available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC. eXputer has rated the game 5/5, praising the game’s incredible worldbuilding, excellent narrative, and fantastic combat and terming it “one of the greatest RPGs of all time.” Recently, the game has received patch # 5, adding even more content to the game.
