The player can only get the Carian Filigreed Crest if he has completed the Blaidd’s questline first part in the Limgrave. How To Get Carian Filigreed Crest Talisman

The main way to get to the Carian Filigreed Crest is by interacting with a Blaidd and following a few steps towards the quest. The player will have to go near the Mistwood Ruins, where he will hear Blaidd’s howl, and then return to the First Step Site of Grace, where the player will have to interact with the Merchant Kalé, who is present at the Church of Ellah. 

Meeting Blaidd First Time

The Merchant Kalé will recommend the tarnished to meet the Half-Wolf after the player tells him about the mysterious howling of the Wolf. The player will have to use Finger Snap, which is a new Elden Ring Gesture. 

Once this is done, the player can go back to the Mistwood and then summon the Blaidd. The Blaidd will tell the tarnished that he is looking for a mini-boss named Bloodhound Knight Darriwil. This Half-Wolf character, Darriwil is present in Limgrave, Forlon Hound Evergoal.

Defeat Evergaol Boss For Blaidd

The tarnished will have to defeat this mini-boss in order to interact with the Blaidd one more time. To reach Limgrave, the player will travel towards the south of the Bridge of Sacrifice. That’s where the fight will take place between Darriwil and the player. 

Meeting Counselor Iji

After the player’s interaction with the War Counselor Iji. he will start stocking the item. Now the player can buy the Carian Filigreed Crest Talisman after giving the Fingerslayer Blade to Witch Ranni in Elden Ring. It can also be purchased from the Twin Maiden Husks who are present at the Roundtable Hold by offering Iji’s Bell Bearing if you happen to kill war counselor iji.
