Palworld: How To Butcher Pals [Quick Guide]

You can butcher your Pal, which you have no use for using a special tool in Palworld. While another option is selling them for gold, you can opt to butcher your pals to get extra resources. However, not only is it brutal, but it is also considered an illegal activity, so you have to be very careful not to be spotted while chopping up your pals.

How To Butcher Your Pals In Palworld

Before you can butcher your Pal, you will have to unlock the meat cleaver by using some technology points.

It requires level 12 in the Technology Tree to unlock. To craft the Meat Cleaver, you need 5 stones, 20 wood, and 5 ingots.

• Summoning the Pal: Make sure to equip the meat clever from your inventory and then summon the Pal you wish to butcher. After that, you need to open your command wheel by pressing 4 on your PC or pressing the right thumbstick on your Xbox.

  

• Butchering the Pal: After selecting the butcher, your character will start chopping up the selected Pal. The whole scene will be censored, so you won’t really get to see anything.

Uses Of Butchering

The best thing about butchering, in my opinion, is that when you butcher up a Pal, you will get double the amount of loot as compared to the normal loot you’ll get by killing them.

The drops you will get after butchering depends on the Pal. However, you will have to be very careful while butchering because it is an illegal activity, and if there is an NPC around, you will become wanted.
