Remnant 2 requires you to solve the challenges using all available resources. These include relics that assist you in advancing further in missions and one of these relics is Tranquil Heart in Remnant 2. Relics boost your health when you need HP. Tranquil Heart will increase your health and provide aid during battles.

What Is Tranquil Heart In Remnant 2
Remnant 2’s Tranquil Heart is a relic that is consumable and gives a passive effect to players. It provides 2 health regeneration to players per second which can be a vital resource when your health is drastically low.
When players use the Tranquil Heart, it doubles all the health generation for a tenure of roughly 15 sec, and it stays consistent at that level from my experience. I’d recommend using it while taking cover so your health can be back to optimum.
How To Craft Tranquil Heart
You will get the Tranquil Heart by first obtaining a crafting item known as the Tormented Heart. Once you have the item, you will be able to craft the Tranquil Heart by asking Nimue’s help who can be found in the Nimue’s Retreat area. Nimue area is located in Losomn World where Nimue will make the relic for you.

The following stats show the Tranquil Heart abilities when you obtain them and use them for battles against tougher bosses.
- Tranquil Heart provides 2 Health regeneration per second.
- When you use it, it doubles all the health regeneration for 15 sec.
- It maximizes the healing and is best suited for support builds.
How To Get Tranquil Heart In Remnant 2
The tranquil heart requires players to go through some missions to achieve it. It can be obtained as well as crafted but first, let’s discuss the location and steps from where to get it.
To begin the hunt for Remnant 2’s Tranquil Heart, you must start the campaign in N’Erud World. When you start the campaign, you must visit the Seeker’s Rest area. If for some reason, the Seeker’s Rest is not available, then search again in the Neruld World.
Search For The Key
You must complete the whole campaign including the area when you reach the Timeless Horizon tower. When you reach the tower, travel to the right side of the tower and take the lift that is available to you.
You must search for a key, Override Pin which can be obtained if you follow the steps I have listed below:
- Go in a straight direction and travel to the end of the alley.
- Look to your right and you will find stairs.
- When you face in the right direction, you will see a machine containing red colored lights.
- Now moving forward, you will spot another lift. to move to the upper floor
- Stepping out of the lift and entering a room in front of you will take you to your destination.
The key will be right in front of you. Take it and move on to the next part of the mission.
Battle With The Boss
You must reach further in the mission where you arrive at the final location, Sentinel’s Keep. Here, you will fight a battle with a boss named “Spectral Guardian”. There are two ways through which you can fight the battle with the boss. The methods are as follows:
- The first one is where you will interact with a mechanism.
- The second one is by using the Override Pin that you obtained.
Important: Both choices are present to you but you must choose the mechanism one to initiate the battle.
Obtain The Crafting Item
You must travel to the Morrow Parish area in the Losomn World. When you arrive at the location, you will obtain access to the Asylum known as Tormented Asylum. In this asylum, you will spot a cell that will be covered with webs. When you go close to the web, interact with them and give them the Override Pin. As a result, you will be rewarded with a Tormented Heart, which is the major crafting item.
Tranquil Heart Build
From what I have tested so far, this relic is best used for support builds and its healing role will aid allies to live a little longer. It provides a boost to the healer’s builds and power regeneration capabilities. In my opinion, this makes you more adaptive to the battleground and you have more chance of living longer.
Remnant 2’s Tranquil Heart can be crafted by completing the mission in Seeker’s Rest area. The item you will achieve in the mission is Tormented Heart which will be used by Nimue in Losomn World. Tranquil Heart is used as a supporter to provide healing to your own team. This will make you last longer while in battles with tough bosses.
You will seek an Override Pin from the quest and use it to obtain the crafting item of Tormented Heart. During your quest, you will also be required to battle with the Spectral Guardian boss. Defeat the boss and obtain the key to complete the mission.
