Farming Simulator 22 Receives Fifth Free Content Update

The fifth content update includes four tractors by Finnish agriculture specialist Valtra.

The Simulation genre has always been a mark of evolution, with titles like Farming Simulator having outdone all other competitors on the market for now. The title was so successful that it sold a whopping 1.5 million copies in just 7 days.

The developers knew they had struck gold, and since then, they have decided to push free updates out in order to keep this momentum. Just recently, Switzerland-based company Giants Software revealed a new free update which was surprisingly released today.

This shows that these developers do not need to stretch out their content. By doing so they sufficiently get approval from fans and can begin working on newer projects faster.

The new trailer shows off new tractors coming to the game free of cost. “After announcing the Valtra Q Series coming to Farming Simulator 22 just days ago, here it is: Free Content Update #5 includes four tractors by Finnish agriculture specialist Valtra.” This is the game’s fifth free update and it is a great one.

The previous updates were also of great quality as they focused on new vehicles, techniques, optimizations, and just a general revamp of surroundings. These updates showed us that if a team works hard toward new content, they can truly deliver great things.

The developer of the Farming Simulator franchise started their journey with their first-ever release of the game dating back to 2008. Fast forward 13 years later, Farming Simulator 22 stands strong as an individual title that holds charm and prestige on its own.

As for the players who’ve tried out the game, they tend to express gratitude over the graphical fidelity and how modern and realistic the farming techniques tend to be.

There’s also a wide assortment of licensed vehicles, modern farming techniques, and amazing and realistic features, coupled with extreme replayability push the game to new heights.

The game is available to purchase on PC, Mac, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and old-gen consoles as well. So if anyone wants to try out the new hefty machinery that the game has in store, now would be the perfect time to do so.
