Early Footage Of GTA VI Has Allegedly Surfaced Online

Seemingly one of the biggest leaks in the history of Rockstar.

Update: All the leaks mentioned in this article have been taken down by YouTube.

In a fit of rage, a YouTuber going by the name of Stranger has posted several videos of Rockstar Games’ exceptionally anticipated upcoming open-world title—GTA VI. The leaks are as believable as any, given the depth and the actual gameplay showcase comprised by the videos.

The Rundown:

  • Gameplay clips of GTA VI have been leaked way ahead of time.
  • The clips showcase gunplay physics, open-world gameplay, and even a car chase.
  • The leaker seemingly did this to get back at Rockstar Games for alleged mistreatment.

For starters, take a look at the following. The footage seems to come across as an early build of the game and some of the animations in there look similar to Red Dead Redemption II, thereby adding more to the veracity of the whole situation.

If you take a close, hard look at the leaked footage above, the voice acting alone checks out. This is classic GTA style and fans of the franchise can effortlessly recognize it. “Just like a country named Finland,” we wager that this has Rockstar written all over the place.

It would be a waste of too many resources, from what we can gather, if someone were to put this much time into curating fake gameplay and knock-off voiceovers.

In addition, there’s a lot more where that came from. The individual in question has a total of six GTA VI gameplay videos uploaded to their channel with each of them spanning between 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

For instance, take a look at what the uploader terms “Part 2” of the leaked footage. This is what appears to be dev kit footage of the upcoming open-world adventure, detailing some visual aspects of the game’s development.

Another piece of footage pertains to a strip club where the protagonist seems to be engaging in discourse with a certain someone.

Everything from the way the character waltz around to the overall ambiance that the leaks are giving off, we’re pretty much convinced that history has been made and this is actually GTA VI footage we’re looking at.

Moving forward to the origination of these history-making leaks, the person who has come forth is seemingly trying to get back at Rockstar for the way “[they] treated everyone.” Here’s what the involved figure has to say about the world-renowned game developer under the description of the first GTA VI leaked video.

Fu** you guys for the inhumane ways you treated everyone that broke their backs working on this, me included. You deserve to fuc***g crash and burn.

Something must have gone terribly wrong for an incident like this to take place. A game with the caliber of the Grand Theft Auto series has always been taken care of when it came down to early leaked footage and everything of the like.

Unfortunately, it’s only a matter of time before Rockstar tends to these videos itself and takes them down. Get a taste of them while you can to enjoy what’s to come in the next iteration of the GTA series.

Moreover, one part of the overall leaked gameplay footage even puts on show a female protagonist, thereby hinting at the fact that multiple protagonists will be present in GTA VI, similar to its GTA V. Social media is currently in shock as the leaks apparently take the networking world by storm.

Truth be told, the initial impressions are nothing but brilliant. The developers have been cooking up nothing short of a masterpiece here. Let’s see, however, how things unfold and what the finished product looks like on the big screen.
