- The Pokemon mod for Palworld also turns your player character into Ash Ketchum.
- The mod also adds Brock and Misty as NPCs.
Palworld has already received a Pokemon mod shortly after its launch into early access. A Twitter/X user and YouTuber, ToastedShoes, posted a video on the social media platform teasing the mod. According to the Twitter/X user, they will upload the full video showcasing the Pokemon mod tomorrow on their YouTube Channel. It is likely that once the mod goes live, it will be available to purchase and download from the YouTuber’s Patreon.

The video featured many Pokemon working, mining, farming, etc. The mod had also turned the player character into Ash Ketchum, the protagonist of the Pokemon anime series. Interestingly enough, the video also showcased Ash Ketchum’s friends from the anime series, Brock and Misty, as NPCs.
Palworld is still in early access and has not received official mod support yet. There were a lot of comparisons being made between Palworld and Pokemon, considering both of these games are quite similar in many ways, which might also be the reason why this Pokemon overhaul mod fits perfectly with Palworld. Note that the YouTuber has had a history of modding characters into games that are available to download from their Patreon.
- Palworld’s Concurrent Player Count Now The Highest On Steam, Save For One Game
- Palworld Devs Issue Update On Server Outage As Player Count Crosses 1.3 Million

Pocketpair released Palworld on January 19, 2024, into early access on Xbox consoles and PC. The game has crossed over a million concurrent users on Steam and continues to grow. Additionally, the game also received a UEVR mod shortly after its launch. It appears that Palwold holds a lot of modding potential, and it will be worth seeing how this game turns out once it receives official mod support.
