Sniper Elite 5 Will Launch Day One On Xbox Game Pass

One of the best deals in the market keeps getting better.

Sniper Elite 5, the latest upcoming entry in the iconic Sniper Elite franchise, recently got a new cinematic trailer showing off the game’s unique setting in France and confirming a 2022 launch window. The game has also been confirmed to be launching Day 1 on Xbox‘s Game subscription service Game Pass, alongside its release on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 4 & 5, Epic Games Store, Steam, and Windows Store

Rebellion Interactive’s Sniper Elite franchise has been one of the more storied names in the gaming circle. A series that started back in 2005, the Sniper Elite games task you with the role of playing as a sneaky scout scouring sneakily through the trenches of World War 2. The series gained a lot of renown through its gruesomely satisfying gore system, engaging stealth sandbox, and realistic sniper simulation gameplay.

This also happens to be yet another massive win for Game Pass, a deal that keeps on giving every single day. Game Pass has also seen the addition of many other heavy hitters in the past few months, including Scarlet Nexus, Halo Infinite, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, and many more. Game Pass continues to be one of the best deals in the market at the moment. It’s safe to say that it will continue to be there for some time to come.

Microsoft can’t stop winning recently. They acquired Activision Blizzard, so we can expect a lot of Blizzard games to make their way on the Game Pass as well. Even Netflix praised this move by Microsoft.

For the time being, there has been no narrow launch window mentioned for the release of Sniper Elite 5. This year, the game supposedly comes out on Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 4 & 5, Epic Games Store, Steam, and Windows Store. The trailer for the game can be found here:
