New Hogwarts Legacy trailer could be revealed in March

A new trailer for Hogwarts Legacy is expected to be unveiled at a Playstation event in march, according to known leaker AccountNGT.

AccountNGT has gained notoriety for the accuracy of their leaks, including leaking the title of Star Wars Eclipse days before its unveil.

Other leakers have confirmed this Playstation event to take place next month. These Playstation showcases are often the stage for big reveals from 1st and 3rd party studios.

The event is expected to be a Playstation showcase. Other leakers such as Tom Henderson had provided details about the event.

Warner Brothers is reportedly eager to release a new trailer for the game. However no opportunity was available from Sony until next months showcase Henderson also rumors that new details on Final Fantasy XVI may come in the showcase. He also says that new details on the Last of US: Remake and Factions will come, as well as details on Playstations “Game Pass killer” Spartacus. 

Hogwarts Legacy is a game many have been patiently waiting for. The game was originally set to launch in the Spring of 2021, but was delayed to later this year. Currently, the reveal trailer has nearly 30 million views on Youtube. 

The last Harry Potter game to release on consoles was Book of Potions for PS3 back in 2013, two console generations ago.  Over 15 Harry Potter games were released between 2001 and 2013, however none have been released since then.

Hogwarts Legacy takes place in the late 1800s. The game has been described as an immersive, open world RPG. The character will be able to attend classes at Hogwarts and visit iconic locations from the movies. 

If Hogwarts Legacy is to release late this year as rumored, it will be facing immense competitions. High profile games such as Starfield, God of War, Saint’s Row, and Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga are all expected to release this year.
