Among Us VR Seemingly Releasing In November On Steam

InnerSloth LLC's upcoming VR installment to the online multiplayer social deduction game, Among Us, is seemingly scheduled for release on November 10th, 2022, as suggested by SteamDB.

Among Us had quite a humble beginning and started as a small indie game set in a space setting. The game of betrayal and teamwork has quite a simple premise, yet the execution of that formula worked quite well. The title was developed by InnerSloth LLC back in 2018 when the game was free of “sussy” memes and mainstream hype. Among Us had a long period where it consisted of a small loyal fanbase before it caught the eye of famous content creators and streamers in 2020. The game then exploded in popularity, and it slowly became a part of modern pop culture, with memes that still haunt us to this day.

InnerSloth LLC continued updating and improving the game after the waves of success hit the game. Among Us is now available on different platforms, including Android and iOS devices. Similarly, the title can be enjoyed on next and old-generation consoles alike. However, this was not enough to sate the developers. Among Us VR has been in the works since the end of last year, following an announcement trailer for the game, and players have been looking forward to it ever since. However, a release date of the game wasn’t announced; that is, until today when a product page for it was found on SteamDB. It is supposedly coming out on November 10th, 2022, as suggested by the History of the game on the website, along with other information.

The product page suggests that the VR version of the game is currently under development, of course. Now the game will become more frightening than ever before. Among Us has been a great title to play with your friends or to meet weird roleplaying strangers. The VR version of the game ought to breathe a new life into the franchise. Perhaps, the VR version will result in a new wave of popularity for the franchise.
