Lies Of P: 10 BEST Weapon Combinations [Our Expert’s Take]

An exceptional combination of speed and damage is the Bone Cutting Sawblade combined with the Bramble Curved Sword Handle. Even though this combination might not be as powerful as the one with the Greatsword of Fate Blade, it still packs a punch. The fable art of the Bramble Curved Sword Handle is also exceptionally good.

The fable art is known as the Furious Slash, which basically allows you to kill an enemy with many slashes. If you continue to use the fable art, a finisher attack can also be initiated. While getting the faster and quicker moveset for a greatsword is the key to the combo, the amazing fable art is the cherry on top.

Losing health by blocking attacks can be recovered in Lies of P, and that mechanic can be capitalized upon by using the Big Pipe Wrench Head Blade with the Booster Glaive Handle. Not only does the Booster Glaive handle increase the swiftness of the Big Pipe Wrench Head, but it also gives it an exceptional boost to damage.

The Big Pipe Wrench Head was already a deadly blunt weapon on its own, but with this new handle, you’ll be dealing massive damage and recovering much of your health. The playstyle that I suggest to use with the Wrench Head and Glaive Handle is to block incoming attacks and recover your health by dealing damage.

• After stopping the flow of corruption, the Booster Glaive can be looted from a chest near the Workshop Union Entrance Stargazer.

In my opinion, if you’re looking for a pure strength weapon, then there is nothing better than this combo in the game. The Coil Mjolnir Handle not only increases the range of the Live Puppet’s Axe Blade but also scales well with the blade, increasing the damage overall. The overall Motivity scaling is also really good for a strength weapon.

You need to make your hits count since you’ll need to charge your attacks for maximum damage. However, the fable arts in the following combination will help you land a few deadly hits on the bosses and enemies.

• The Live Puppet’s Axe can be looted from a chest on top of a tower in the Barren Swamp area.
• As for the Coil Mjolnir, you can find it in the chest located in the Krat Central Station Plaza.

The Salamander Dagger is already an exceptional elemental weapon in the game, but it falls short due to its low range and moveset. That problem can be easily overcome by combining it with the Acidic Crystal Spear Handle, which not only increases the range but also improves the damage on the dagger. Basically, this combo will make for a perfect elemental weapon in Lies of P.

With a longer reach and poking attacks, you can deal with enemies weak to fire from range. Additionally, you can even combine the fable attacks of the blade and the handle to initiate a powerful fire attack.

• Workshop Union Entrance is where you’ll need to get the Salamander Dagger Blade.
• The Acidic Crystal Spear is present in a chest located near the Stargazer of the Path of the Pilgrim area.

Next I have another great combination for strength enjoyers, as it capitalizes on the Motivity stat and improves scaling for it. Keep in mind that the Big Pipe Wrench Head paired with the Exploding Pickaxe Handle will increase the blade’s overall range and damage.

However, the build will center around blocking attacks and dealing counterattacks after a block. You’ll have to play like a tank, and the build is really helpful for those who have trouble doing perfect dodges.

• As for the Exploding Pickaxe, that weapon can be found in the Estella Opera House.

Most of the endgame bosses are extremely weak to the acid damage, making the Acidic Crystal Spear Blade a good choice for late game. Pair this blade with the Big Pipe Wrench Handle, which, in my experience, increased the range and made the weapon more versatile.

You’d become a menace for these end-game bosses with the acid damage at your disposal, even from a longer range. The fable arts you get in the combination are also really good, further empowering these acid-damage attacks.

Another great acid weapon that can basically trivialize endgame is the Acidic Great Curved Sword. Aside from the acid damage, there is not much that the weapon itself offers on its own. The same can be said for the Dancer Curved Sword, and it doesn’t even offer acidic attacks. But combining the two weapons results in one of the best weapon combos, which makes endgame easier in Lies of P.

The fable arts of each are also not that good on their own, but in combination, these become pretty useful to inflict acid damage and increase your overall attack power.

• You can find the Acidic Great Curved Sword in a chest located near the Arche Abbey Outer Wall Stargazer.
• The Dancer Curved Sword is also present inside a chest near the Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance Stargazer.

This is probably another great combination of fast but heavy-hitting attacks, giving a greatsword a fast and efficient moveset. Light attacks will turn into thrusting pokes, which I consider extremely useful when paired with the range you get using the greatsword blade. Additionally, your heavy attacks will turn into quick slashes instead of time taking great sword attacks.

When given the moveset of a dagger, a greatsword can become really deadly. And when one of the best great swords is paired with a compatible and powerful handle like the Salamander Dagger Handle, you’ll have a much easier time throughout the game.

Most Puppet enemies are weak to electrical damage, and there is no better weapon than the Electrical Coil Stick for just that purpose. It is also obtained quite early; the same can be said for the Krat Police Baton. Now combine the Electric Coil Stick Head with the Police Baton Handle, and you’ll have a Puppet destroying machine at your disposal.

The fable art that you get with the Police Baton Handle in Lies of P will also empower your electric attacks, which is a welcome bonus. Aside from the fable arts, the new moveset you get with this handle is much more useful than the default attacks of the Electric Coil Stick.

• You can purchase the Electric Coil Stick from the Wandering Merchant when you arrive at the Stargazer inside a house on Elysion Boulevard.
• The Krat Police Baton can be obtained by killing a Krat Police Puppet enemy near the location mentioned above.

In my opinion, this combination is probably one of the best ones during the early game of Lies of P, as the combo gives an overall balanced weapon. The Fire Axe Handle will increase the sword’s range and make its moveset more versatile than its boring default attacks. The fable arts are also really good in combination, as they allow you to tank boss attacks and initiate a quick counterattack.
