In terms of the cost, this Cyberdeck will set you back by 29 Street Cred, which is quite a bit compared to the Raven Microcyber MK.4.
What makes the Tetratonic Rippler stand out as the Cyberpunk 2077 best early Cyberdeck is its focus on enhancing the total output of ultimate quickhacks.

To find it, head to Heywood Wellsprings in Night City. You can purchase it from a Ripperdoc near the Pumping Station in Heywood for 49 Street Creds. While a bit pricey, it’s worth it.
This Cyberdeck enhances offensive quickhacks, increasing damage output by 30% and boasting a recovery rate of 9 units per 60 seconds, notably better than the Raven Microcyber MK.4.
Moreover, it extends the quickhack spread distance by 60%, making it highly effective in shoot-outs. It allows attack-centric quickhacks to target up to three different foes within a 6-meter radius, ideal for quickhacks like Overheat and Synapse Burnout.

The Fuyutsuki Tinkerer MK.3 is a Legendary/Iconic Cyberdeck with great base statistics and several desirable characteristics. You’ll find this one in the Pacifica region, specifically in the West Wind Estate area. The closest fast travel point to this place is Brand Imperial Mall.
Find the West Wind Estate Ripperdoc and make sure you’ve accumulated 40 Street Cred beforehand.
- Fuyutsuki Tinkerer MK.3 provides a 50% increase in combat quickhack duration and a 40% buff to the quickhack spread distance.
- The base RAM size is fairly appreciable.
While you’re at it, do make sure you’re using Reshade in Cyberpunk 2077 to see your enemies drop dead in high quality.

Arasaka MK.4 demands 50 street cred, which is the highest amount so far. Covert quickhacks like Sonic Shock, Memory Wipe, Ping, and Reboot Optics become even stronger with the Arasaka MK.4.

My personal favorite Cyberdeck has to be the Netwatch Netdriver MK.5. It’s cheaper compared to the other top-tier Cyberdecks while offering unparalleled offense for attack-based quickhacks. However, there are other Cyberdecks that are better in different areas.
