Dying Light 2: How To Get Secret Bicycle

The world of Dying Light 2 is designed for indoor and outdoor exploration. Of course, parkour and combat are an integral part of the game that is why having the best Dying Light 2 weapons and skills guarantees a high chance of survival. You can scale the heights on Villedor and Central Loop or roam inside the dark corridors of abandoned buildings. However, would it not be better if you could ride through the streets full of zombies on a bicycle? Well, you can spawn a secret bicycle in Dying Light 2 if you’re playing the game on the PC platform.

Bicycle is the unused asset in the game, and Techland, the developers of Dying Light 2, have placed it within the game’s files. The only possible way to use the secret bike in the streets of Central Loop is by downloading a mod from the Nexus mods website. That being said, spawning the bicycle in the game’s world is not the legit way. That is also the reason why console players cannot spawn the bicycle, as this action can only be done if you have Dying Light 2 on your PC.

How To Get Secret Bicycle

SERVPH created the bike mod by giving players access to the developer mode. Here is a step by step guide:

1. Downloading the Developer Menu Mod: Start by downloading the zip file containing the developer menu mod from a trusted source. Ensure that the file is safe and free from malware.
2. Extracting Files: Once the zip file is downloaded, extract all its contents into the main Dying Light 2 folder located in your Steam Library folder. This is where the game’s executable files are stored.
3. Replacing Files: During the extraction process, you may encounter a pop-up asking to replace files such as engine_x64_rwdi.dll and gamedll_ph_x64_rwdi.dll. You can choose to replace these files with the ones from the mod, or you can make backups of the original files as a precaution.
4. Launching the Developer Menu: After copying the mod files into the game directory, launch Dying Light 2 to test the mod. Once in the open-world segment of the game, access the developer menu. This menu allows you to perform various actions, including spawning the secret bicycle.
5. Accessing the Secret Bicycle: Within the developer menu, navigate to the “Items” menu and select the option to spawn the bicycle. Upon selection, the bike will appear in front of your location in the game world.
6. Exploring Additional Features: Apart from spawning the secret bicycle, the developer menu mod offers other functionalities, such as cheat codes and manipulation of the day-night cycle. Experiment with these features to enhance your gameplay experience.

Note: We tested the developer Menu mod and found out that the bike only appears in the Central Loop part of the map, and it doesn’t spawn while Aiden is in Villedor. So, if you have not reached the second map of the game, don’t bother trying the whole process to ride a bike in the open-world of Dying Light 2.
