Elden Ring Latenna Location and quest revolves around Two NPCs. One is Albus, and the other is Latenna, the Albinauric woman. An essential aspect of this quest is the secret medallion. The medallion is used to initiate a secret system at Grand Lift of Rold and access the hidden path leading to Haligtree. Albus has one part of the medallion, and Latenna guides you to acquire the other half.

  • Now head to the Lakeside Crystal Cave, defeat the Bloodhound Knight, and exit the cave on the other side. Here you’ll find Latenna inside the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack.
  • When you hoist the secret medallion at Grand Lift of Roid, a Hidden Path to the Haligtree will open up, allowing you to reach the Consecrated Snowfields.
  • After interacting with Latenna in the Consecrated Snowfields, you can summon her in the Apostate Derelict up north, bringing the quest to an end.

Latenna Location 

The first part of the quest is finding the Haligtree secret medallion (right). It is located in the village of the Albinaurics. After getting the right part of the medallion from Albus, head to the Lakeside Crystal Cave, where you will find Elden Ring Latenna Location. Then continue the quest and head towards castle Sol where the left part of the medallion is located. Then you have to join the medallion and hoist it at the Grand Lift of Rold. And to end the quest, you must summon Latenna in Apostate Derelict.

Finding Haligtree Secret Medallion Right Piece

Get on your horse and head straight to the village of albinaurics. Once you reach this village, keep moving west until you reach the site of grace.

Pass through the site of grace and move west. In a while, you will see a pot. Be aware that it is a disguise. The NPC Albus is disguised as a pot. Striking the pot with your best weapon will remove the disguise, and you will see Albus. After talking for a while, he will hand over the right part of the haligtree secret medallion. But he will ask you to keep care of it and make sure it doesn’t get in the hands of cursemongers.

Finding Haligtree Secret Medallion Left Piece

Enter the Castle Sol and keep moving up. The castle is heavily guarded, so be mindful of the guards wearing Elden Ring Armor Sets and pass by them with caution. Soon you will reach the boss, Commander Niall, on the rooftop of Castle Sol

Defeat the boss with ferocious, deadly blows of some of your best weapons in Elden Ring and continue your quest and move up the stairs until you find the elevator that will take you further up the castle. Soon you will find the left part of the Haligtree Secret Medallion. 

Locating Latenna At Lakeside Crystal Cave

Head towards the Lakeside Crystal Cave, a dungeon located inside the southern cliffs of Liurnia, and light the torch before entering the cave. Keep moving and make a few drops until you reach the lower part of the cave. On the way, be mindful of weird creatures throwing lightning energy at you. Soon you will encounter the boss, Bloodhound Knight.

Defeat the enemy and exit the cave. When you reach the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack, You will find the Latenna Location in Elden Ring. She will be sitting right next to her dead wolf. Talk to her, and she will inform you about the location of the other half of the medallion. Then she will say farewell to Lobo, her loyal wolf, turn into the spirit, and tag along with you. She will assist you in finding the location of the other half of the medallion.

Now, you have both parts of the medallion. The next step is to hoist the medallion at Grand Lift of Rold. A mechanism will open a hidden path to the Haligtree. Open the closed gate and keep moving up the stairs dodging the guards on the way. In a while, you will reach Consecrated Snowfield

Here Latenna, the Albinauric women’s spirit that you found at Latenna ‘s Location in Elden Ring, will talk to you. She will inform you that this is where she began her journey with Lobo, her loyal wolf. Continue north until you find the map of Consecrated Snow Fields.

Summon Latenna At Apostate Derelict

Apostate Derelict is the remnant of an old church that you will find in the north of Consecrated Snowfields. Inside the church, you will find a giant corpse of Latenna, the albinauric woman. Get close to the corpse and summon Latenna. In a while, she turns into ashes, and the quest ends.
