What Is Story In Remnant 2?
You might remember that Remnant: From the Ashes took place on a post-apocalyptic Earth that has just been completely devastated by an interdimensional evil thing known as Root. The players managed to destroy the source of Root, but that wasn’t the end. In Remnant 2, players must stop evil from destroying reality.
A Much Darker Plot
The Remnant 2 plot seems more dark and horrifying than the previous one, so be ready to save reality. From what is known, it seems like the Root from Remnant: From the Ashes is back, and it’s more deadly than ever. Remnant 2 takes several decades after the invasion of the evil Root where Earth and Ward 13 are recovering from that invasion.
Root Is Still The Real Enemy
Remnant 2 will let you delve deeper into the world and fight Root. You will transverse a range of worlds, and your journeys through the labyrinth will be something to remember. There will be a vast array of weapons available for the players that they can use based on their preference to fight Root. There is also a new archetype system that will let you choose different playstyles.
So, the boss battles will surely be challenging, but you will have a vast arsenal to choose from, so you can just improve your skills and come up with some strategies. In the much more intense environment, you will be able to defy death and face enemies in order to save reality.
