There is a questline in Starfield known as Red Tape Blues, which lets you become an executive assistant to Peter Brennan. However, you must visit Mars and talk to Trevor to initiate the quest and answer some questions. The application consists of some Starfield Executive Assistant Questions that you will need to answer correctly.
- To become the Executive Assistant of Peter Brennan in Starfield, players will have to initiate the side quest Red Tape Blues.
- The Red Tape Blues questline can be initiated by helping out Trevor on Mars.
- Players can apply for the Executive Assistant job when they reach a certain level in the Starfield quest line.
- The application will have seven different questions, and it doesn’t matter if a player answers them correctly.
- If a player answers the questions correctly, they will be considered the best candidate for the Executive Assistant job.
- Ultimately, Trevor will ask to hack Tia’s computer to delete all other candidate’s applications.
Executive Assistant Questions In Starfield
To be accepted as an Executive Assistant, you will have to answer seven questions given to you on an application. Based on my gameplay experience, the answers don’t need to be right, as it won’t matter in the end.
As said before, you will need to go to Mars and help Trevor to initiate the Red Tape Blues questline. So, when the quest is started, you will have to answer several questions to be accepted for the job.
The following are questions and their answers:
Question | Answer |
How many years of experience do you have as an executive, administrative, or other corporate assistant? | 5 -10 years. |
What is the highest level of education you have completed? | Bachelor’s Degree. |
The Executive wants you to bring them a “whiskey, neat.” What does that mean? | Trick question. Executives aren’t allowed to drink on the job. |
A VIP arrives at the office for a meeting with the Executive, who is inexplicably running late. What should you do? | Offer drinks. Apologize and assure that the exec will return soon. |
A malfunction prevents the Executive’s starship from starting up, and they need to go to an important off-world meeting soon. What course of action do you take? | Use the company credits to charter an expensive luxury craft immediately. |
While handling the Executive’s email, you come across a message from someone claiming to have damaging information about the Executive. What should you do? | Take the info to the board of directors so they can handle it. |
The Executive contacts you and asks you to see them in their office in the middle of the night. You can tell they are drunk. What do you do? | Contact security and let them deal with it. |
Deleting The Applications
The quest isn’t over yet, as when you apply, go to Trevor and talk to him. Once you tell him that you have applied all the right answers to the Executive Assistant Questions in Starfield, the next phase of the Red Tape Blues questline will be triggered. Now, Trevor will ask you to hack Tia’s computer in Cydonia, which contains all the applications.
He is asking you to hack the computer to delete every single application except yours. If you do that, you will see that you were the best candidate for the position as you answered every question right, and regardless, you would have been chosen for the role.
Hacking Tia’s Computer in Starfield
- The ideal time to hack Tia’s computer is around 5-6 PM in Starfield, as she won’t be near her computer.
- If she’s still there, you can wait a little while as she will leave soon.
- When you have successfully deleted all of the applications aside from yours, head back to Trevor and talk to him.
If you go with the answers that I have provided, you will be the best candidate for the job. However, even if you don’t get the answers right, it won’t affect the outcome. That is because you will end up deleting every other application.
That concludes my guide about the Starfield Executive Assistant Questions.
