Atomic Heart’s developer studio, Mundfish, has recently confirmed the game’s FPS and resolution details. The first-person shooter action game is published by Focus Entertainment and is set to release on February 21, 2023.

Atomic Heart is one of the most anticipated games coming out in 2023. However, the developers did not mention the game’s FPS and resolution details yet.

Recently, Mundfish revealed the FPS and resolution details of Atomic Heart in reply to a tweet asking if the game will run on 1440P at 60 FPS on consoles.

According to the reply, Atomic Heart will feature seamless 60 FPS in 4K resolution in dungeons. The developers also revealed that the game would feature dynamic resolution in the open world, like most modern games, to maintain a steady 60 FPS.

Mundfish also clarified that the game is developed for the next get consoles. However, there has been no news of the game’s performance on PC.

Judging from the resolution and FPS details by Mundfish, it is likely that the PC port of the game will also run smoothly on 4K at 60 FPS. Nvidia also revealed that Atomic Heart would support DLSS 3 at launch for PC.

Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that the game’s performance on individual consoles and PCs can not be determined until the game is officially released.

Along with Atomic Heart’s FPS and resolution details, Mundfish also answered several people on Twitter regarding the upcoming game.

When asked whether Atomic Heart will be available for Steam Deck, Mundfish replied that it is not confirmed yet, but the devs will try to do so on Day 1 after the game’s release.

Mundfish was also asked if they’d release PlayStation 5 gameplay soon and whether the game’s Japanese release would be censored or not.

The studio replied that they would arrange the gameplay soon. About censorship, Mundfish made it clear that they do not comment on politics and religion, but their team is fully committed to bringing their game to gamers everywhere.

While Atomic Heart’s release date is not that far away, the game’s development is still in a mess, with a potential risk of the game being leaked online. A Redditor revealed that they were in possession of the game’s files. However, the post was removed later on by the user.
