New cheat codes have been discovered in Gran Turismo 4 almost two decades after the game’s release. These cheat codes range from passing a license test to getting gold in events. The cheat codes for Gran Turismo 4 were discovered by a France-based Twitter user @Nenkaai. They are known for modding and reverse-engineering games in the Gran Turismo franchise.

They tweeted the details for all 4 cheat codes discovered by them. Those cheat codes include getting 10.000.000 Cr, passing a license, passing a specific license test with gold, and completing any event with gold. For these cheat codes to work the player must first complete 365 in-game days. Nenkaai also posted detail about the combinations needed to activate these cheats.

To get 10.000.000 Cr for free the player must use this combination: Select, Left, Right, Right, Down, Up, Up, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, L1, R1, Select. Passing a license is also just 12 button presses away. The players can now pass a license without much hassle by using the following combination: Select, R1, Select, R1, Select, L2, L2, R2, R2, L1, Select, Select.

Acing a license test is also a piece of cake in Gran Turismo 4 now. To ace a specific license test players just have to use this 13-button combination: Select, Select, R1, R2, L2, L2, Select, L1, R1, Select, R2, L1, Select. Getting gold in an event was also a piece of work for the players of Gran Turismo 4. But this has been made practically child’s play thanks to the discovery made by Nenkaai.
