Final Fantasy XVI’s Physical Copies Are Out In The Wild Already

Several people have started sharing images and videos of their Final Fantasy XVI physical copy a week before the game’s launch. Since shipments are carried out around a week before release, many have gotten their hands on a copy through their insider sources. Story spoilers of early to mid-game have already been spreading like wildfire, and with time, the entire story might be on the internet before release.

More images of the physical copy can be found in a ResetEra thread. Since we wouldn’t want to spoil the fun for anyone, this article will refrain from discussing anything related to the spoilers. But it should be noted that since these people have had the physical copy for a day, they should be far into the game if they played it consistently. Final Fantasy XVI is an ARPG developed by Square Enix. It is the sixteenth main game in the Final Fantasy series and is slated for release on June 22, 2023. On a side note, the game is a contender to be Game of the Year, so even Square Enix seems to be panicking about Final Fantasy XVI’s pre-order falling behind Final Fantasy XV’s.
