The Standard and Deluxe Edition of Final Fantasy XVI will bring several weapons and accessories along with them.

Details of Final Fantasy XVI’s Standard and Deluxe Edition contents have been leaked. The player will receive several bonus accessories and weapons as part of the pre-order bonus. The Digital Deluxe Edition will include several digital gifts alongside all the bonuses provided in the game’s Standard Edition.

Square Enix‘s Final Fantasy is expected to release on June 22nd, 2023. It will be the sixteenth addition to the iconic Final Fantasy franchise.

Insider Gaming, run by Tom Henderson, who has also worked at eXputer in the past, reported the details of the game’s Standard and Digital Deluxe Edition.

According to them, players will receive a “Braveheart” weapon. And two accessories: Ketsy’s Lucky Charm and Scholar’s Glasses, as part of the pre-order bonus on purchasing Standard Edition.

“Ketsy’s Lucky Charm” will allow players to increase the amount of Gil (in-game currency) when the accessory is equipped. “Scholar’s Glasses” will help the players gain an increased amount of experience.

The Digital Deluxe Edition of Final Fantasy XVI will feature a Digital Mini Artbook, Digital Mini Soundtrack, and all the rewards associated with the Standard Edition of the game.

Another additional detail about the Deluxe Edition is that the Digital Mini Artbook and Digital Mini Soundtrack will be available to the players via Square Enix’s Digital Content Viewer. The Digital Content Viewer will be automatically downloaded along with the game’s Deluxe Edition.

With Final Fantasy XVI’s release date revealed, it was expected that the pre-orders for the game would go live at the TGA 2022. The Square Enix game is expected to remain a PlayStation 5 exclusive for six months after the official release.

The game will then be released on other platforms, including PC, at a later date. 

Naoki Yoshida, the producer of Final Fantasy XVI, said that the game’s development is almost complete. It is unlikely that the game will receive any delays before its official release date.
