Palworld’s Player Count Has Grown Exponentially Since Release

Palworld is larger than life right now with its incredible early access success that sees the ambitious new third-person shooter by Japanese developer Pocketpair selling millions of copies and achieving feat after feat in terms of overall player count. And thanks to the flow of consistent updates from the side of the developer, it’s clear that the people up high want to keep Palworld’s success bursting this way.

As of today, the Pokemon-inspired shooter has clocked a gigantic 19 million player count across the two of the platforms it’s on, namely PC and Xbox Series X|S. Going into a little more detail here, you’ve got 12 million players on PC making up for that figure alone, with the remnant 7 million being solely on Xbox. Elsewhere, a new report by Xbox Wire notes that Palworld has become the third-biggest Game Pass launch ever.

The response from fans has been tremendous and it’s incredible to see the millions of players around the world enjoying Palworld. And the fact that the game is merely in early access right now speaks volumes about its overall presence. The last sales-pertaining update I jotted down here at eXputer was only a week ago when Pocketpair came forward and said that its latest venture has rolled over 8 million units to date, an incredible feat bar none for a title that’s not even out yet. Palworld hit that sweet spot just right for the playing community.
