Palworld Devs Release New Bug-Fixing Update For Xbox And PC Versions

Some issues continue to persist though.

Story Highlights

  • Palworld is a latest survival-oriented RPG by Japanese dev Pocketpair, released earlier this month.
  • A new patch for the game has been outed in recent times that puts focus on its Xbox and PC versions.
  • Numerous bugs and other technical issues have been fixed to better the overall game stability.

What Palworld has brought to the table is something that neither Nintendo nor Game Freak could ever muster up over all those years, hence the sudden raging popularity of the third-person shooter across the board. With the game’s release now out and about, players have reported various bugs and issues that currently plague the user experience. A new patch, however, by Pocketpair has taken out some of those bogeys as of late.

Both the Microsoft Store and Xbox versions of Palworld have been brought up to v0.1.1.2 with the arrival of the latest update, just so you know, so make sure to look out for the patch version as you boot up your game the next time. As for the patch notes in detail, there aren’t any this time around, other than just, “Fixed some issues which negatively affected game stability. We will continue to place top priority on fixing major issues.”

With the new patch now out, some players still seem to be complaining, saying that other types of hassles still bring a lot of trouble for overall playability. The “falling through the world” bug on Xbox Series X|S is seemingly prominent at the moment, with one user voicing this concern in the original thread of Palworld on X. Taking a stroll over at the r/palworld subreddit, it’s evident that quite a lot of people are suffering from the same issue.

In any case, I highly recommend keeping pace with the game’s official Discord server for all the latest announcements, and the ability to relay actual issues to developers, so someone can tend to them as soon as possible. Previously, Kei from the official Palworld team gave out an update for the Infinite Loading bug, saying, “A new update fixing infinite loading problem had been release, but not all the problems had been solved, please consider as easier to login.

New players should learn about the best flying mounts in Palworld for early access out the gate, not to mention acquiring the Legendary Pump-Action Shotgun that should get you through tough boss fights with relative ease.
