Story Highlights
- Ubisoft has been consistently slapping sales after sales on its official storefront, offering PC players the opportunity to grab some of the best first-party Ubisoft games at discounted prices.
- The latest promotional offer by the French industry tycoon called “Racing Sale” is now live, and it revolves around racing-themed games available on the Ubisoft Store.
- The promo is set to run until October 24, 2023, so make sure that you purchase titles of your preference before that as to not to miss out on a good deal.
Another month, another string of sales from the side of Ubisoft—a giant of the industry that is responsible for coming through with Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Prince of Persia, and many other notable franchises. This time around, it’s the Racing Sale that takes up to 85% off on a select number of titles, noticeably including The Crew Motorfest, Riders Republic, Trials Rising, Steep, and others.
First off, there’s The Crew Motorfest to talk about—one of Ubisoft’s freshest games to arrive in 2023. The title is the third major installment in The Crew franchise, boasting a high-class step up from previous renditions in the series. The game has been received well thanks to its on-point graphics, admirable focus on car customization, and a gratifying sense of realism that makes the overall experience stand-out.
Ubisoft retails the game for $69.99 on normal days, but in the wake of the Racing Sale, you can grab The Crew Motorfest on the platform of your choice for $55.99, which is a cool 20% off its MSRP. That said, if you do not wish to dive into the purchase just yet, there’s another offer that you might want to check out. The devs are currently letting players play a 5-hour free trial of the next-gen racer on PC.
However, that offer’s not sticking around forever and is set to last until 20 October. Therefore, you should make the best of the offer in case you want to test the game out for yourself. Some users are of the opinion though that The Crew Motorfest going on sale merely a month after its release is indicative that the title isn’t doing too good in terms of sales.

While the possibility of that suggestion isn’t too far off, the truth certainly is. Following a week of Motorfest’s launch, Ubisoft announced that the game has had the best launch out of any other The Crew game. Furthermore, it was also said that The Crew franchise has accumulated over 40 million players in total, marking a significant milestone reached for the series.
We are thrilled by the enthusiastic response which has broken all franchise records, and we want to thank our community for their incredible support. Launch is only the beginning: we have planned regular updates with new themes and experiences, and very strong post-launch support with a mix of free and paid content, for a long time to come.”
Speaking of big launches, another Ubisoft venture, namely Assassin’s Creed Mirage, has been making rounds across the globe as of late. The developer announced in recent times that Mirage is Ubisoft’s biggest next-gen launch to date, counting sales figures on the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 only. Apparently, the back-to-basics approach has worked out well for the company.
Ubisoft’s Racing Sale will last until October 24, 2023. While various editions of The Crew Motorfest are available for all platforms, the rest of the games can only be purchased on PC.
