Ubisoft’s Black Friday Sale Is Live, Includes Free Splinter Cell Game Giveaway
The French industry giant isn't holding back this Black Friday.
Ubisoft has been making waves across the spectrum for the entirety of November and it appears that the French gaming industry tycoon isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
In the event of Black Friday at the present, Ubisoft Store is featuring an up-to-80% off sale, making the likes of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Ragnarok Edition and Ghost Recon up for grabs at greatly discounted prices.
Earlier this month, Ubisoft put up an “I Am Alone” sale and it was centered on the likes of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Deluxe Edition and Far Cry Primal slashing by 67% and 75% off on their price points. However, Ubisoft claims that the Black Friday event is the biggest sale of the year for the French storefront.
- Black Friday is here and no game publisher is holding back on putting up surreal discounts on games. PlayStation, for instance, has gone ahead with its own iteration of Black Friday sales as well.
- As for Ubisoft, the France-based gaming giant has had discounts all November and the latest featured selection on the Ubisoft Store pertains to Black Friday. You’ll find deals going as high as 80% off on this occasion.
- Some of the most prominent highlights of the game revolve around the likes of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Rabbids Party of Legends, and Tom Clancy‘s Rainbow Six Siege.
- In addition, Ubisoft is giving away the original Splinter Cell game for free during the event.
- The sale event will run from November 17 to November 30, ending at 3 p.m UTC on the last day.
Up until now, including all the different sales that the Ubisoft Store has showcased this month, the Black Friday occasion appears to be the biggest out of them all. There’s a reason we’re saying this and you’re certainly going to love it if you have a thing for classic stealth games.
The Ubisoft Store is currently giving away Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell (2003) on PC for free until November 30. The time of the day the offer expires is 3 p.m UTC. Feel free to claim the game straight away by signing in with your Ubisoft account on the dedicated storefront.
Some other major highlights of the sale include some of the most front-running Ubisoft titles featuring superb discounts. Some of them include Far Cry 6, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Anno 1800, Watch Dogs, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, For Honor, Watch Dogs Legion, and eve The Crew 2.
However, games and a game giveaway aren’t all that the Ubisoft Black Friday sale is offering at the moment. Ubisoft has catered to its subscription services too in this regard by making the Ubisoft+ service go 50% off for your first month. Do note that the offer is only available on PC.
In addition, Rocksmith+ — the interactive guitar teaching game by Ubisoft — also uses a subscription model for users to access high-tier lessons. If you’d like a 20% code for yourself, you can use FRIDAY20 at the time of purchase to enjoy just that on the 3-month subscription to Rocksmith+.
At last, there’s a special sale mechanic in motion over at the Ubisoft Store and it’s a good one. Users are liable to receive $10 USD as their Wallet Rewards for a future purchase when they spend $19.99 USD with their wallet at the Ubisoft Store. As always, terms and conditions will apply to this affair.
Be wary of the fact that the Black Friday sale will end on 11/30 at 3 p.m UTC, so decide your purchases accordingly. If you’re from a country that does not have the Wallet feature available, you can receive 20% off your cart with the code TGIBF.
To give you a little backstory, the first sale of the month from the side of Ubisoft began on November 1 and lasted until November 9. It was all about family games where a select number of titles were 75% to purchase, such as Fenyx Rising – Standard Edition.
There are other changes too that have been made to Ubisoft Store, in case you didn’t notice. More tracks have been added to Rocksmith+. Moreover, a trio of indie titles has made landfall on the French developer’s storefront, including Iris and the Giant, Calico, and Death Squared.
