Returnal

Brought to you by Housemarque and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Returnal is a sci-fi third-person shooter roguelike. Initially released for the PlayStation 5, Returnal eventually made its way over to Windows as well. You get to play as an astronaut named Selene Vassos in a futuristic world who finds herself trapped in a time loop while investing a mysterious “White Shadow” signal on an off-limit planet. Each time she dies on the planet, she is resurrected and brought back in time to her crash-landing spot. Now it’s up to you to discover what the White Shadow is and to also find a way out of the time loop. You’ll get to use many high-tech tools and weapons, such as things ranging from basic pistols to Electro-pylon Drivers, to fight off against the dangers of the alien plant Atropos as you traverse through its harsh biomes. There are many secrets to uncover and many battles to partake in.
